It's that time again - the tenth edition of the "Dolomiti Gourmet Festival" will take place from 06 to 08 October 2023 in the area of the 3 Peaks Dolomites. The festival is a culinary journey through the Unesco World Heritage Site with regional producers and businesses. Together with national and international guest chefs we experience culinary art at the highest level.

The whole thing is framed by a very special ambience - the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site Dolomites.
At the three-day Dolomiti Gourmet Festival, the masters of their trade enchant their guests with a special kind of taste experience.
From a hike to the local producers, to a gourmet safari through Dobbiaco, to show cooking with live music at the Riese Haunold Hut of the 3 Zinnen Dolomiten Bergbahnen.

The MONS hike, here we will visit our farmers around Dobbiaco, and thus get closer to the everyday life of farmers, tasting their products. Participating farmers:

Big closing event at the Haunold mountain station Innichen
At the "Riese Haunold Hütte" - Innichen a farmer's market is organized, planned is that each participating cook, a product as topic gets and it this then into a dish to incorporate is.
In the different parlors stations are then set up where there is always a chef, a producer and three winemakers.
